Signan Hospital San José de Querétaro y Secretaría de Salud del estado convenio de colaboración

The Hospital San José de Querétaro (HSJQro) and the Secretary of Health of the State of Querétaro (SESEQ) signed the “Collaboration Agreement for Medical Rotations”, which is intended for students of the Undergraduate Internship program who recently started their course in the hospital, they can take their teaching and rotations in the medical services of the Hospital for Children and Women, as well as in the Family Medicine Satellite Unit.

Dr. Alfredo Gobera Farro, Health Secretary, highlighted the importance of this agreement, favoring teaching and research in the entity; In addition, he pointed out that the Hospital San José de Querétaro should be considered as one of the hospital centers with the best medical equipment and technological equipment, as well as facilities; that will contribute a lot to the service of those from Queretaro.

For his part, the general director of the San José de Querétaro Hospital, Manuel Borbolla García, stressed that this agreement seeks that the students of the Undergraduate Interns program have clinical fields in the areas of Family Medicine and Gynecology and Obstetrics, giving them greater tools to your medical knowledge.

He considered that the Hospital for Children and Women is the best maternal and child hospital in Latin America, giving students a plus in terms of teaching.

He added that the signed agreement involves other areas of teaching and research, allowing HSJQro staff to collaborate closely with SESEQ with course programs and events, taking advantage of hospital facilities.

The “Collaboration Agreement for Medical Rotations” was signed by Dr. Manuel Borbolla García and Dr. Alfredo Gobera Farro, as well as by Lic. María Fernanda Aguilar Ávila and Dr. Eduardo Barreira Mercado, legal representative and head of Education of the HSJQro, respectively; on behalf of the Ministry of Health also signed Dr. María Martina Pérez Rendón, director of Health Services; Dr. Yolanda López Montes, State Sector Coordinator, and Dr. Silvia de los Ángeles Santoyo Cristiani, Deputy Director of Education.

The signing of the agreement was also attended by Dr. Armando Borbolla, in charge of the Undergraduate Internship program; Dr. Sandra Hernández Puga, Medical Director for the HSJQro.
